Gov plan must include rapid flexible response to COVID not 'live with it'. More detail required eg vaccination %. Need better transparency (modelling, remove 'cabinet in confidence'), apolitical communication, purpose-built quarantine, home quarantine protocol inc. home test kit.

Australia would need to build a city as big as Canberra to quarantine Australian overseas tourists based on 2017 data.
Thanks @MarylouiseMcla1 . Agree this pathetic effort could鈥檝e been put together by just about anyone in 10 mins. How much more of this PM鈥檚 job do we need to do for him?

Yes, absolutely, but that's sadly impossible with our current government. Reality is more likely we'll crawl forward with vaccinations and the same political games and chaos. There were a few hints early on about the style of leadership we could expect. youtube.com/JotmQTs4zLQ

Get the population vaccinated! And avoid knee jerk reaction lock downs and border closures. Bring Australians home, purpose built quarantine facilities and vaccinate them in embassies around the world!

Purpose built quarantine? Why not HQ and use tracking devices that can鈥檛 be removed. Prison for offenders. Build more prisons.

@ScottMorrisonMP has not presented a plan but rather a recipe for disaster. On the other hand what you are suggesting is a strategic approach which is what is required. In this context the man is dangerous #auspol

Spot on! Thanks for your bringing clear and concise comment to this mess. So far, it鈥檚 been all about how the Federal Government can time things so as to optimise its chances of winning the election. Please parliament as an independent. We need you there desperately!
