Hunt says feds are considering Vic quarantine proposal at Avalon with key criteria only if additional to existing hotel quarantine. Seems bizarre & reinforces view Morrison is committed to HQ bc big hotel chains benefit

A no-brainer really and gives citizens confidence of going back into the city for work or leisure. Right now you avoid the place because you don't know which hotels are quarantine hotels or if you're going to cross the path of the virus in and around these hotels.
