Quarantine is not 99.9% effective. 21,000 cases (70% of total cases) since border closure on 20 March '20 are directly & indirectly due to quarantine breaches & exemptions. Purpose-built quarantine facilities with rapid antigen testing on arrival & day-14 are required.

More importantly two maybe more actually caught the virus while in quarantine. They would probably have left howard spring facility without it. And remember Scomo @ScottMorrisonMP the entire world wide pandemic started with one person. !!!! Get your head out of your arse
Nothing like begging for concentration camps! The Nazi regime would be proud!

It was required 12 (twelve) months ago 1 year ago 365 days ago Or in ScoMo terms ‘49wks x 4days/wk of photo ops’ ago (The extra days are church, preaching, holidays, long week ends & building cubby house days... in other words, time off for ScoMo)
These buildings could be built on airport land and containment kept within each state
Those dickheads in Canberra have had more than a year to build purpose built quarantine facilities out of city centres, that is why it is still failing

Thank you. And even if 99.9% was true, would we be ok with, say, an airline being 99.9% effective?

How many of the 21,000 cases are workers & their households infected with Covid?
