Fantastic - more than 90K vaccine injections/day over last 2 days. However, May average still 60K/day. We need at least 100K/day for minimum 6 months to vaccinate enough adults by June '22. The high injections/day is to allow for the overseas pattern of slow-down in last months.

I'm 1b, under 50. Had 1st AZ shot before becoming eligible for Pfizer. Travelling to Spain for medical Tx, 2nd AZ shot will be at 10 wks due to time constraints. With Pfizer I could get both shots 21 days apart before travelling. Can I swap to Pfizer? Vaccine helpline didn't know

AZ should come up to 120k a day if it is to keep pace with supposed production (unless we start giving away more) and it will have to have a longer taper given the extra weeks between shots
