Herd immunity is not the goal of current vaccines because 1) all levels infections not preventable 2) would need high efficacy for all level of infection & high pop coverage. Please get any vaccine to give better chance of protection from symptoms, possibly severe COVID & death.

What of those vulnerable groups with prior health conditions? With a vaccine that offers lower efficacy this group will be even more at risk through those who will believe covid is over. As many in Australia do already.

I believe the plan is for the vulnerable to be vaccinated early with Pfizer.

I am in the 1b group ( younger with medical condition that puts me at risk) and there鈥檚 no enough Pfizer for all in 1b group unfortunately, according to their plan and waiting times a few millions is missing and likely first AZ will be offered
