That's what will happen. During swine flu a special order was issued that allowed all nurses to administer vaccine with an IPN supervising. We IPNs are ready for the call up.

Mary Louise calling on retired nurses and offering training for free would boost staff for the vaccination time. I have many friends ex- Paediatric nurses who are more than capable of administering vaccines but are required to do an expensive course to do so.
