A rolling CI is a ratio examining case totals, over a rolling 2x incubation period. It indicates whether the spread is slowing down.

Thanks @MarylouiseMcla1 I've calculated here using both 5 & 7 days as incubation period, given the reported range for incubation. Would it be fair to categorise this as a crude Reff?
