It's been just 1 incubation period since universal mask use, too soon to see its full impact but the speed of transmission has slowed. Melbourne it will improve ❤️ Look outside aged care facilities for change in community spread.

Do you think 6 weeks would’ve been enough time to get the Coronavirus numbers down? I would’ve thought 10-12 weeks would get the situation under control.

Thank you for this reassurance, we are desperately hoping things will improve soon.

We don’t have universal mask use. I wish it weren’t so. I’ve seen at least 7 not wearing them, 6 not wearing them properly. That’s 2 trips: 1 grocery/food, 1 biz to collect mail. 4 days in, there’s non-compliance everywhere. But those are lawyer’s eyes.

Thank you for that information. As you say the cases in aged care facilities and abattoirs may skew the data but the data I've seen from the covidlive.com.au/vic outrage does that 20-40 yos still make up a HUGE proportion of the cases. What is causing this??? @covidliveau

Its bullshit MJ. The tests are BS and so is the virus, its the flu. More people died from drowning last year and that wasnt just old people (perspective). They're closing down human trafficking and DUMBs. Nothing than that. Covid is a cover story for dumbies.

Oh Mary that’s exactly what we need to hear. It’s pretty grim here; people generally ok with locking down; when you see results. The results aren’t obvious yet. Hopefully a week or so to go.

How do you define an incubation period? I thought it was up to 2/52...

True, MartLouise. But many other interventiond are in place to assign the impact to any individually. There is a lot to learn still! Thanks for a Great Job
