I may be reading this wrong but doesn't this show that we should be as concerned with the situation in NSW as in Vic (although both appear to be at a plateau)?

Yes, it shows NSW is on a knife edge. Victoria, I think, is coming out of their spike. But- Vic health workers must be mindful and wear a mask in every ward, as their infection numbers are of concern.
