With respect, after SARS, a whole group of experts reviewed what happened and how it could have been managed better. These learnings are very useful with Covid19 and we are benefitting from them.

Is China following these learnings when they lock people inside their apartments or when they drag people out of their homes and bundle them into vans to take them who knows where or do you mean some other measures?
