Opinion time... If universities are *eventually* going to be closed to students, then let's just do it.
Upside: thousands and thousands of interactions will be avoided. Fewer infected, our hospitals can cope.
Downside: a few more classes will be delivered online.

Evidence shows closing our borders is the most effective way to control the spread of Covid-19 Anyone who must come in, isolates 14 days. Within Australia anyone who gets the virus (& their contacts) isolates 14 days.
