即使中國片面取消ECFA優惠稅率，恢復為WTO最惠國稅率，並不代表不能出口，相關產品的稅率為1%-6.5%不等，絕大多數稅率為1%跟2％，經濟部已經與相關業者密切聯繫，在低碳化輔導、智慧化生產、分散市場拓銷以及鼓勵差異化商品研發等四大面向持續支持，後續視情況增加政策工具資源，加碼補助跟輔導。
