The proposed "All-out Defense Mobilization Act" amendment is about putting Taiwan on a more solid footing to deter, delay and deny China's ambition to take Taiwan by force. What the PLA fears the most is a unified society ready to resist any attempt to divide us.

Then you should support the Temporary Provisions Effective During the Period of National Mobilization for Suppression of the Communist Rebellion (#動員戡亂時期臨時條款), published by the National Assembly on May 10, 1948, because the official reason for these provisions was to fight against the Communist influence of the Free Areas.

This law seems very much like a boot on the face for free speech. @DPPonline is so in a hurry to make Taiwan similar to China ? So much about denouncing @kuomintang historical records.

This is a question of freedom of speech. In this law, who will determine what the Taiwanese say is legal? The Ministry of Defense? Police station? Judge? or you? Who will decide whether it is really or fake? It must be clear!
