I want to congratulate Premier Su on his extraordinary achievement during his 4-year tenure. As a former human rights lawyer, he understands what it took for Taiwan to become a democracy. Premier Su will go down in history as one of the most effective political leaders in Taiwan.

I like his good job in preventing African Swine Fever from getting into this island. That is quite remarkable as it takes lots of efforts to do it well. So far there are only two places, Japan and Taiwan, are still able to keep themselves exempt from its scourge in Asia.
