Every year we embark on a treasure hunt for elusive Taiwan data for the @LowyInstitute Asia Power Index. China has been ruthlessly effective in censoring Taiwan from global databases. Thanks to Taipei and the excellent effort in compiling an annual databook, we can plug the gaps.
