In today's hearing, I discussed with Defense Minister Chiu 邱國正 about Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA), how it applies to weapon systems, training and exercises.

I asked NSB DG Tsai to look further into PRC's influence operations in Taiwan and how the intelligence agencies can work more effectively with the law-enforcement agencies to expose and counter China's malign activities.
