The Colorado SC ruled based on a provision of our Constitution that says insurrectionists cannot be on the ballot.
It will be appealed to the US SC, and they can overturn the decision if they disagree.
But we all saw Trump incite an insurrection.

Republicans in the House subpoenaed the DOJ for violating the law when they spied on members of Congress.
The very same House Republicans voted, just last week, to allow the very same corrupt DOJ to conduct warrantless searches on US citizens.
Nothing but backstabbing hypocrites.
