Rep. Jordan, I support you 98%. Most of these people are Catholics. They must go to Mass. Send them to RI, MA, NJ, CT, NY, IL, PA, CA, LA, and TX - "Catholic states". Catholic Teachings will dilute the burden by a factor of 10. Put priests on the border.
