Our courts are in serious need of repair, and I need help to get across to Utah that this is an immediate need.
During March, the exact WEEK the covid restrictions kicked in/the exact time the flu magically disappeared and covid conveniently appeared in its place (Picture A), shortly after the courts were shut down. During this time he state initiated and persisted in inflicting force, coercion, and threats over 3 years on me in an attempt to avoid a Jury Trial, during this time I was forcibly removed from 2 jobs at different times, spending about 282 days incarcerated(And more if I persisted), having far exceeded the punishment they were trying to coerce me into agreeing to, while threatening me with 10x more severe accusations if I kept trying to defend myself properly.
Statistics show that BEFORE march, there was a 2% chance of people who would make it to Jury Trial,
injusticewatch.org/news/2021… . Meaning 98% of defendants are coerced and threatened into making a 'deal', in order to greatly reduce the absurdly inflated accusations.
In addition, after repeated attempts to replace my LDA and Judge, having given legitimate reasons for doing so it had been refused or ignored. I personally witnessed somebody trying to replace their LDA only to have them not show up in court and pull strings to delay/prolong their incarceration and that seemed to be where I was at. The intention was to keep me caged until trial or threatened coercion, via-'deal'.
Not only did my LDA tell me that it was Illegal to even MENTION jury nullification, but I also found out that the Justice Department has the power to filter out people who do/or don't believe in what they want them to. For example ->

I wrote a letter on february 13th to the supreme court, and based off of my interactions with the Justice department up till then, I knew that they would never receive it if I let them keep me caged. Pursuing a Jury trial was the right decision for me, and that is why I think they set the situation up to kill my future and stifle any outside communication.
I needed to show the vastly differing charges (literally 10x different in severity) they held over my head as a threat, but most importantly it turned out I was right. The letter I had sent somehow disappeared, and I had repeatedly checked in to see when they would receive it

They then demanded a bribe of about 600 dollars to even READ it. The letter contained an extensive list of wrongs and constitutional violations they NEEDED to see.
So I sent the supreme court a message, and then messages. I've called them and left message, and I've called during business hours only to be told the business hours and for the machine to hang up. This is only fractions of what I had to experience trying to get the Justice department to do their job without gagging, threatening, coercing, and ignoring me rigging the jury trial, and finally get the opportunity to defend myself, which up till now hasn't happened.
