Yesterday, the House Judiciary Committee passed H.R. 6570, the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act. The bill: -Reauthorizes FISA 702 with significant reforms. -Requires agencies to obtain a warrant before conducting a query of American citizens. -Increases transparency of the FISA court. -And holds bad actors accountable.

No punishment means no accountability. Words on paper mean nothing if the DOJ is the other half of the equation. 2 tier justice system will not change without criminal prosecution of the people in charge of doing the prosecutions.
