Border Patrol is spending $100 MILLION each month on soft sided processing facilities. In Yuma, Arizona, it costs nearly $500,000 a day to operate two temporary facilities. Seems like Joe Biden could save some money if he just SECURED THE BORDER.

My guess . . . he's too busy hoping that all the new arrivals will vote for him, because it seems that those who are here that can vote are becoming a bit disappointed with their lives under Biden. The polls are looking terrible for Biden - the DEMs are getting worried!

So, Jim...you are quick to bash everything, and vote no on everything, so, tell us: How would Jim Jordan secure the border?

Lots of money spent. Let's put this in a different perspective. You quote $100M/mo which is more than it costs to run an aircraft carrier per day. At the pier non-operational minimum $1M/day ($30M/mo). Operationally at sea from $6M+ per day depending on operations taking place. Weapons are not cheap. I would rather fund those aircraft carriers than fund an open border. It's 70% more expensive to run a soft-sided processing facility than to fund a single Navy aircraft carrier.

It seems a lot can be done if we would just secure the border. Nothing can be done about it, besides talk about it. Let's continue to talk about it while tens of thousands come in per day.
