Americas NSA is a very bad actor on the inside. NSA's disabled employees endure blatant discrimination simply because of their disabilities. NSA's black employees are treated differently than their white counterparts, in a not so good way. In more recent years NSA has also become an incubator for gender discrimination, and it's doing very well. Perhaps if you cut NSA's budget just maybe the Agency will finally see how their employees feel when they they receive no promotions nor raises, simply because they're disabled, or perhaps black. I have approximately 168 internal NSA documents that validate much of what I've said herein. I will gladly bring those documents to Capitol Hill and debate the matter with Director Nakasone. Again, you should consider cutting the NSA's budget, it's the right thing to do.
