He's lying to you. They're all lying to you. Stop And Think About This In general, when do you inquire? In criminal investigations, an inquiry happens when a crime is suspected. An inquiry means that a crime may have been committed and a deeper look into the possible crime is warranted. The investigators findings from the inquiry determines if an investigation is warranted or if the inquiry doesn't have sufficient evidence to open an investigation, the case will be closed. An inquiry is the beginning of findings not 9 months into an open investigation. Calling an open investigation an inquiry doesn't give you standing in court like they're claiming. Their constitutional oversight responsibilities give them standing. The subpoena they issued gives them a reason for a show cause for non compliance. The House Republicans are stalling so they can get to that magic 90day number away from the primary so they'll run out of time and the investigation reaches its conclusion not because all of the evidence has come out but because the political clock ends it. House Republicans' end game is to write a report without impeaching anyone. House Republicans are protecting Joe and Hunter Biden as much as the FBI and DOJ are protecting them. What House Republicans have given Joe Biden is a criminal roadmap that he can now Pardon just as I warned you of from the beginning.

I rise today to serve notice. Mr. Speaker, you are out of compliance with the agreement that allowed you to assume this role. The path forward for the House of Representatives is to either bring you into immediate total compliance or remove you, pursuant to a motion to vacate the chair.
