Kemp is exactly right. If Republicans want to win, we need to make the 2024 election a referendum on the job Biden is doing and the issues Americans care about—not a referendum on Trump and all of his baggage.

Ask yourself: Why did take them and then refuse to return them? What did he do or plan to do with those documents?
