If Joe is in China's back pocket, why do they need to spy? Is it because - unlike under Trump - Biden doesn't hand everything over when asked? China didn't need spy balloons or spy bases in Cuba under Trump, because they had open access.

I believe a balloon did indeed happen when Trump was in office. Only he didn’t disclose it. Just like everything else.

If the U.S. would just declare war against Cuba and make it a territory we wouldn't have these problems. "Due to the aggressive actions of Russia and Cuba's alliance with them, we had to invade Cuba because it poses a threat"
