1. Congress could have prevented this had they done their jobs instead of playing corrupt politics for the past year.
2. Biden sent troops to help deal with the situation. Troops that will stop being paid in just 3 weeks because Congress has refused to do their Constitutionally mandated jobs.
3. Releasing migrants across the border is not the same as releasing them inside US city streets. Biden was able to get Mexico agree to accept the migrants back into Mexico.
4. Nearly all of those migrants are NOT citizens of Mexico. They are Central and South American. Normal process once an immigrant enters a country illegally is to deport them back to their own country. That means the US cannot just dump them in Mexico unless Mexico agrees to it.
For being a politician and sitting on the Judicial committee, Jordan seems to be lacking understanding of international law, politics, and ethics.
