Title 42 ends in NINE days. The last line of defense to stop rampant illegal immigration. Joe Biden has no real plan. But his White House wants you to believe illegal immigration is down 90%. Unbelievable.

This is a LIE๐Ÿ‘†AGAIN! Here is why: The challenge we face with backlogs is multifaceted. One contributing factor was, of course, the border shutdown, which has caused significant disruptions in our immigration processes. However, let us not forget that another critical issue we must tackle is Title 42.which merely sends migrants back to the end of the line on the same day. Title 42 is not a solution to our immigration crisis. We need comprehensive immigration reform, and we need it urgently. Regrettably, we continue to hear Republicans and Fox News propagate a false and dangerous narrative of an open border. This misleading rhetoric harms the most vulnerable among us - migrants who embark on incredibly perilous journeys through Mexico, hoping to find a better life. Instead, they are met with a closed border that fails to process them adequately. It is time for an honest appraisal of our immigration system - one that recognizes the humanity of migrants and the complexity of our border situation. We need a fair and functional immigration system that prioritizes processing migrants at the border, creates legal pathways for people, and allows for processing in their home countries throughout the Americas. It is time for Republicans to step up, put their political agenda aside, and collaborate with their colleagues. Comprehensive immigration reform is an urgent necessity that requires a paradigm shift in how we view immigration. We must examine it not merely as a domestic-policy issue but also through the lenses of national security, foreign policy, climate justice, racial justice, and economic justice.
