The border was secure under the Trump Administration. Now it’s not. But Mayorkas and Biden still refuse to take the blame. Thankfully, Americans see right through it.

If the border was secure under trump, which it wasn’t, how did all those cases of Covid get in, killing over 1,000,000 Americans?

Americans see right through what? Invisible Wall? Or Trump”s visible lie about doing nothing about the border?

Yeah, Americans see right through it, its the #GOPClownShow as the #GOPLiesAboutEverything. Hey, what happened to those 5000+ children separated from their parents at the border during the trump era? Did trump & @GOP #MAGA #Republicans sell them to traffickers?

Yes Trump wanted to plug the hole and did, all else have been padding the influx for many years. Cheap Labor, undercutting the backbone of America. Period Aristocrats to industrial corps.

This ☝️is a LIE. Just see the graph below. The shutdown of the border, causing backlogs, is indeed one of the reasons for the problem that we are facing with the backlogs. However, it is not the only issue we face. Another issue we must address is Title 42, which merely sends migrants back to the end of the line on the same day. Title 42 is not a solution. We need comprehensive immigration reform. Additionally, the open border lie propagated by Republican politicians and Fox only serves to harm vulnerable migrants who travel through Mexico, facing horrendous risks, only to discover that our border is not open. We must have a fair and functioning immigration system that processes migrants at the border, creates legal pathways for people, and allows for processing in their home countries throughout the Americas. Unfortunately, despite the urgent need for reform, Republicans refuse to come to the table and collaborate with their colleagues. It is time for a paradigm shift, viewing immigration not just through a domestic-policy lens but also through a national security lens, an economic and foreign policy lens, and through the lenses of climate justice, racial justice, and economic justice.
