The Justice Department wasn't going to bring this case. The previous District Attorney Cy Vance wasn't going to bring this case. And even Alvin Bragg himself, when he first gets elected, didn’t want to bring the case. What changed? President Trump on the ballot.

Well Gym, what changed is that the evidence against a criminal continued to pile up. And once the evidence reached a threshold beyond which it was evident to prosecutors that crimes had been committed, they decided to charge the criminal. It’s kind of how investigations work.

What changed? Trump FALSIFIED DOCUMENTs. It’s not ALL about Stormy: she’s the “smoking-hot” gun. It’s about LYING on taxes, and LYING to financial institutions. Trump defrauded NY State per NYAG civil trial. Accountant found guilty. @StormyDaniels @MichaelCohen212 @HouseGOP @GOP

What changed? Trump Org found guilty of tax fraud. Trump taxes shared. Weisselberg changed from a Trump paid attorney to independent council?
