Why didn't Republicans #BuildtheWall? #BuildtheWall was sold to solve problem, but less than 50% complete after 4 years of #DoNothing Republicans. They spent $5-$11 Billion as a slush fund. @SpeakerMcCarthy won't investigate failure. They expect Dems to clean up their mess.
