What Jordan doesn't mention is that tracking the guns helps find criminals who use guns. That gun you may have purchased using Discover? If it gets stolen, then you report it. Law enforcement now have the information to track the gun, and a history to go with it. Every bit of information helps them locate the criminal. So when that gun that was stolen from you eventually takes a life, law enforcement has more information to help locate the weapon and the criminal who killed with it. History provides knowledge to learn from.
Jordan doesn't care about the truth. Politicians like Jordan just want to make you afraid so that you will stop thinking rationally and give them power over you.
