Not only is he incompetent, he’s absent. He at the very least should be on site to comfort those affected by his incompetence.

This Cabinet Member needs to be sent to Ohio and live for 6 months and drink the water. Maybe only then the people will get help. It’s not Trumps problem it’s Biden failure to act because they are Republicans.
