Reality: Everything Jim Jordan listed IS EARMARKED & FUNDED WITH MONEY OUR STATES RECEIVE "FROM TAXES" received from immigrant, migrant, and non-citizen workers. Non-citizen students pay full tuition including additional taxes. They all pay sales tax on everything they purchase.
