I assume for the same reasons you've voted for literally every tax cut that also provides incentives to ship jobs to China- Chinese workers (inc genetics engineers) are cheap and productive.

Because the one in Ukraine was temporary closed due to renovation.

Because what they were doing is illegal in the U.S. they had to go somewhere with low level human rights. We need to see what else we are funding around the globe. Why isn’t anyone talking about that? If I was a betting man I’d say this is just the beginning.

Because we have no checks and balances on how our tax dollars are spent. Would love to see a tax portal that shows exactly how each dollar I paid was spent.
