Hey Happy, I see you’re nice&oppressive this morning. 1) no need to prosecute if they are peaceful&cooperative. 2) No need for a raid if docs are voluntarily turned in. The ones found at Lumpy’s were classified docs. He refused to give them up.Hence the raid.
