A sad weak transparent double standard we all see but few admit. Joe Biden is really guilty. He has docs all over in unsecure locations. As VP he had NO LEGAL RIGHT to remove any classified document from a secure location. What was he doing with them to begin with??

Because he voluntarily returned documents without being asked to do so. Trump ignored multiple requests and subpoenas, because he has no respect for the law. You don't either.

Because Biden voluntarily handed over the documents.

Let me explain for your pea sized brain. The National Archives were asking for the docs Trump took. Trump denied having them. Trump did not comply with a subpoena to return them. Trump’s lawyers lied that all had been returned. A judge signed off on a search warrant.

You don’t need to be in Congress to answer this. Remarkably simple: One guy found and volunteered information - then cooperated. The other guy lied, lied again, was forced to comply, only to discover he had lied AGAIN forcing law enforcement to recover what wasn’t volunteered.
