Is that why Trump’s Tariffs wiped $1.4 Billion off of Harley-Davidson’s Market Cap? In retaliation, the EU increased the tariffs on motorcycles from 6% to 31%. A few days later H-D announced that it would be moving some production out of the U.S. to avoid the higher tariffs.
