Title 42 *TEMPORARILY* took place of the Customs and Border Protection immigration law provisions in Title 8 during the pandemic. If/when Title 42 is ended, then Title 8 is reactivated. Shouldn't you know this already @Jim_Jordan Just a pathetic attempt to rile of the base.
