The NDAA includes $37 billion for Ukraine, the exact number that Biden asked for. It also includes $3 billion from an Afghan slush fund for Ukraine And $2.7 billion in U.S. military weapons for Ukraine And $800 million in general "security assistance" for Ukraine.
