Instead of working w/3 Ret. NYPD/2fed agents in my husband’s case, gov trusted a paid CI and the complaint footnote it says, “there have been several instances where the PI made statements or engaged in conduct that were assessed to be adverse to his credibility” Makes NO SENSE.
