If it was then every felonious criminal would run for office and get off scot-free...

Is it a crime when a President incites insurrection and steals classified nuclear secrets on his way out?

No one’s a nominee for 2024 yet!🤦🏼‍♀️ Why are republicans worried about Jack Smith? Oh yeah…he has all of the evidence on January 6th, and Gym Jordan was one of the republicans who asked for a pardon. #NeverForget January 6th!! #GOP traitors #TraitorTrash

That's what's going on in Arizona and it is word for word right out of the conflict of interest statute. Is there anybody enforcing the law? No Because the swamp all of you live in refuse to support or defend the Constitution

Stop playing the fool. A special counsel should have been appointed. I for one am glad. Trump appointed Durham that proved to be tax payer money wasted.

It seems like @DOJNatSec should be investigated, defunded, and forced to explain how they managed to get NARA/PRA into FARA. @TheJusticeDept has no authority to make the determinations re. presidential/personal papers, etc. whatsoever.
