Yep: that’s why they were photographed w/cereal (Korn pops) on a MV porch for CNN & deported in 48 hours of landing despite having 1500 beds for 50 people. Del Rio was flooded & camps by fed gov built for 100s of thousands. Yes I have video from April 2022:
