You know this not to be true. More oil is being pumped from the ground in the U.S. now than at any time in the last 20 years. Any new leases would take 3-4 years to come on line. Taking a side is one thing, but lying and supporting the lies of others is all you do.

There are over 9,000 unused leases. They have shut down drilling on many sites. It's a price gouging policy by the oil companies. Why don't you check the drilling sites in your state. Are they drilling to capacity? Did they shut down sites because of earthquakes?
