Funny how opponents of student loan forgiveness always bring up gender studies as if everyone is flocking to it. Regardless, a major in gender studies is a lot more useful than people think it is.

Im not a lawyer but I bet The SCOTUS will not hear it. It is a policy, not constitutional dispute. You are a legislator, the solution is found within the body of which you are a member. GO and write a bill to override the executive order. That is the Constitutional remedy.
