Hunting rifles don't come with 30+ round mags and tactical attachments. Deer and groundhogs are not wearing tactical gear. These weapons are modeled after the M-4, not your pappys hunting rifle.

You’re right . . . to a point, because ALL GUNS are assault weapons. They were designed and created for one thing: TO KILL. It’s a spurious concept just like “responsible gun ownership” because people are responsible ONLY until a mistake is made, or anger is taken to its limit.
