The second amendment does not guarantee freedom to carry an AR style weapon. If it guaranteed freedom of access to any kind of weapon, why don't your people have ICBM missiles, nuclear weapons, etc.?

Yet common sense gun laws are bad though. 🙄 Voting is a constitutional right so any law related to it is an infringement upon that right correct? Or does that only apply to the 2nd amendment?
