If we were Klain (we're not), we'd ask you what do you mean by 'potentially illegal'? Further, if we were Klain (we're not), we'd say if the best you can come up with is 'potentially', we'd say the protests are not illegal, therefore legal, and therefore protected 1A activity.

You packed the court act flabbergasted as to the reaction. It’s not clear as to what is illegal by the protest, but that actual falls on the courts to define not the legislative or executive branch.

Um, what do you mean? People have a right to peacefully protest things they don't like. And they have a right, according to the SCOTUS, to protest at the houses or places of business of the people who do things, say things, & act in ways they don't like. That's your answer.
