I am assuming that you have introduced legislation that postpones The United States federal excise tax on gasoline of 18.4 cents per gallon and 24.4 cents per gallon for diesel fuel. Here in MA we pay an additional 26.5 cents in state tax on top of the 18.4 cents.

Diesel is the least refined. Please explain why it is most expensive?!
