Democrats: Canceled the Keystone Pipeline. Canceled American oil leases. Canceled drilling at ANWR. But blame oil companies for high gas prices. Shouldn't they blame themselves?

The Keystone XL Pipeline: — Doesn’t increase U.S. oil production. — Would have carried Canadian tar sands to refineries. — Canadian output is maxed out. — Would not have been ready until after 2030. This is demagoguery. Wouldn’t make a difference.

How about the government cancel handing out subsidies to the oil companies since they are making such hugh profits? And why aren't they aggressively drilling since they have thousands of licenses to do so that are just sitting unused?

- XL wouldn't even be built yet - There are 9000 leases, millions of acres on Federal land available for drilling. - As ANWR, I'd rather have the wildlife and habitat. Oil companies produce and set the price of oil So how did Democrats cause high gas prices?

No, they shouldn't First off, gas prices are up all over the world so blaiming US prices on domestic policies is just stupis Second, Keystone XL was not operational and wouldn't have helped US if it had been Third, we have more than enough petroleum (net exporter)

Yes they should. If the midterms go as well as most of us hope. Will you fight to rectify all of the blunders of this administration. The only years where America was getting great again was the 4 years that Trump was president. Before and after sucked. Big time.
