Title 42 - hasn't gone away, why it's still being used. The ACLU sued, we have a stay right now. You should know this, not me, I pay you to know this. Remain in Mexico was pointless and cruel. Make Mexico pay the wall, like your book says "Do what you say."

As for paying people, the ACLU is suing on their behalf. We stole children. We stole kids that were a 1 year old and told other kids to take care of them in states far away from their parents. Then we never gave them back because we lost track. We were wrong.
